Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Velvet Honey Intimate within 7 days of delivery at support@velvethoneyintimate.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and Velvet Honey Intimate will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
