Refund policy

All sales are final. Velvet Honey Intimate does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or defect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velvethoneyintimate.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
